By being healthiest you can possibly be means eating a variety of healthy-foods, being physically active and understanding the nutrients you need to protect your bones, immune system, physical health and mental health.  What about getting a good night's sleep, knowing how much alcohol puts you in the risky category and the benefits of stopping smoking even after 24 hours. A healthy eating plan, knowing which diets work, how active you should be for your age and what you can do to manage your weight are also very important.

1) Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits. A healthy physical activity level is defined as minimum 30 minutes of daily moderate to vigorous activity, Walking, Jogging or you can play some games like football. Physical activity and exercise can have immediate and long-term health benefits.Physical activity or exercise can improve your health and reduce the risk of developing several diseases like type 2 diabetes, cancer and cardiovascular disease.  Most importantly, regular activity can improve your quality of life.
  
2)  A healthy diet is a diet that helps to maintain or improve overall health. A healthy diet provides the body with essential nutrition: fluid, macronutrients, micronutrients, and adequate calories.A Healthy diet, which was measured and rated based on reported intake of healthy food like vegetable, fruit, nuts, whole grain, healthy fats and omega-3 fatty acids and non healthy or unhealthy foods like red and processed meat, sugar-sweeten beverages and trans-fats and sodium.

 3)   For Smoking, Healthy meaning is from that person who never having smoked. Smoking is a strong independent risk factor of cancer, diabetes mellitus, CVDs, and mortality potentially through inducing oxidative stress and chronic inflammation, and smoking cessation has been associated with a reduction of these excess risks.

4)   One drink contains approximately 14 gram of alcohol. Which means 12 ounce of regular beer, 5 ounce of wine or 1.5 ounces of distilled spirits. For a Healthy lifestyle one should take Balanced or less alcohol intake, which is calculated as from 5 gram to 30 grams for a day for men and 5 grams to 15 grams per day for women. 

5)   A Healthy body-weight is defined as normal BMI (Body Mass Index), which should be between 18.5 to 24.9. Body mass index (BMI) is a common tool for deciding whether a person has an appropriate body weight. It measures a person's weight in relation to their height. According to the National Institutes of Health (NIH): A BMI of less than 18.5 means that a person is underweight.A BMI of between 25 and 29.9 is overweight.
